It's really easy and quick way to make cake like this.
This is a shortcrust pastry. On the top of the cake, on fruits, I put the same shortcrust pastry but I cut small flowers with cookie cutter. After baking they made folds all over the cake - that all mistery ;)

Here is the recipe. My english isn't very good so if you have a question feel free to aks, I'll try to give you answer :)

Crisp cake with plums

components:
125 g sugar (I used sugar from sugarcane)
1 vanilla sugar
125 g cold butter (not salt)
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sour cream
300 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

on the top:
70 grams of plums
3-4 tablespoons crushed hazelnuts


Chop the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar with butter. Add giddy egg yolk and cream. Quickly knead the dough, form a ball, cover it and put into the refrigerator at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.

Pin out half of dough and lay out the bottom of the form (I use round form with diameter= 26 cm). Sprinkle the dough in the form of crushed nuts and put onto the plum halves without pips.
Pozostałą część ciasta rozwałkować i ułożyć na śliwkach w formie paseczków lub kształtów wyciętych foremka do ciastek (u mnie kwiatuszki) The remainder of the pin out the dough and put onto the plums in the form of the check of dought strips or mold into shapes cut out biscuits (in my flowers)

Insert into oven heated to 170 degrees Celsius and bake about 30 minutes.
Once removed, warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

:) Ależ tak płytka głębia jest zamierzona, wystarczyło by zwiększyć przysłonę i zdjęcie byłoby ostrzejsze na większym obszarze, ale mnie akurat zależało na takim właśnie wyglądzie :)

:D Ależ proszę bardzo :)

Kruche ciasto ze śliwkami

składniki:
1/2 szklanki cukru (użyłam trzcinowego)
1 cukier waniliowy
1/2 kostki masła
1 całe jajko
2 żółtka
2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany
2 szklanki mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

do obłożenia:
70 dkg śliwek
3-4 łyżki mielonych orzechów laskowych (ewentualnie można zamienić na bułkę tartą, ale orzechy są lepsze ;) )

wykonanie:
Posiekać mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i cukier waniliowy z masłem. Dodać roztrzepane jajko, żółtka i śmietanę. Zagnieść dość szybko ciasto, uformować kulę i wstawić do lodówki na minimum 2 godziny, a najlepiej na noc.

Połowę ciasta rozwałkować i wyłożyć nim dno formy (u mnie tortownica 26 cm). Z brzegu uformować wałeczek. Ciasto w formie posypać mielonymi orzechami i ułożyć na nim połówki śliwek pozbawione pestek.
Pozostałą część ciasta rozwałkować i ułożyć na śliwkach w formie paseczków lub kształtów wyciętych foremka do ciastek (u mnie kwiatuszki)

Wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 170 stopni i piec około 30 minut.
Po wyjęciu, ciepłe, posypać cukrem pudrem.
